Booking
You do not need to know exactly what you need before speaking to Kajal.
Working out which kind of support fits is part of the conversation, not something to settle beforehand. If you already know what you want, everything is set out below and you can go straight to it.
01 — Start here if you are unsure
A free Discovery Call
Twenty minutes, online, at no cost, with nothing expected afterwards. You describe what is happening, ask whatever you need to ask, and decide in your own time whether to go further. Most people begin here, including people who are fairly sure they want something longer.
20 minutes · Free · Online · No obligation
It is a first conversation, not a coaching session.

If you already know what you want
Choosing the shortest option first is not a lesser start, and going straight to a longer one is not premature. All three follow The Untangled Method™; what differs is how much room there is to move through it.

What happens when you choose one
However you begin
- You send a short message from the enquiry form saying what you are considering and roughly when you are usually free.
- Kajal reads it herself. She replies with times, or says honestly if she thinks a different route would suit you better.
- The appointment is arranged with you by email. For paid appointments, payment is arranged before the time is confirmed.
Alone or together
You can work with Kajal on your own, or the two of you can attend together. One person can make the first call alone even if the difficulty involves both of you. What Kajal cannot do is coach somebody who is not in the room and taking part, so work described as couples work assumes you have both chosen to be there. Come Alone and Couples each set out what that looks like.
Still not sure?
Take the Discovery Call. Twenty minutes is usually enough for Kajal to understand the shape of your situation and to say which route she would suggest, including when she thinks working on your own would serve you better than attending as a couple.
If you would rather not speak to anybody yet, reading Come Alone or Couples may help you decide. If your question is not about booking at all, contact Kajal instead.
