03 — Ongoing Relationship Coaching
Ongoing Relationship Coaching
For people who have decided they want to keep going. Where a pattern has been in place for years, change tends to be practised rather than decided, and practising it takes more than one conversation.
What this is, in short
In practice
- Who it is for
- Individuals and couples who have already spoken with Kajal, or had a Clarity Session, and want to continue.
- What it is for
- Working through a pattern rather than a single incident: how things are raised, how they are heard, what gets avoided and what keeps repeating.
- What happens
- A series of sixty-minute sessions, each building on the last, with something specific and small to try in ordinary life in between.
- How long
- A block of five 60-minute sessions, held online.
- What it costs
- Five sessions from £375. Fees in full below.
- What happens next
- You say which block you have in mind, Kajal agrees the pattern of sessions with you, and payment is taken before the sessions are confirmed.
- Individuals — Five 60-minute sessions
- £375
- Couples — Five 60-minute sessions
- £500

Why people continue, and what continuing looks like
A single session is often enough to see a pattern clearly. It is rarely enough to change it. Most people who continue do so because they have recognised something they had been living inside for years and now want time to respond to it differently while somebody is paying attention to how it goes.
Early sessions concentrate on understanding the situation and steadying it. From there the work moves into the parts of The Untangled Method™ where things actually shift: examining your own patterns and expectations with curiosity rather than blame, then practising other ways of raising something, listening, responding and holding a limit.
Between sessions there is usually something small to notice or try. That might be reflection or a short piece of writing, a conversation approached differently, or — where it is appropriate and you are willing — attention to breathing and to what your body does when the difficulty arrives. Not everybody is offered all of it, and nothing is set as a test. What does not work is as useful as what does, because it tends to show where the pattern is strongest.
Ongoing coaching is arranged as a block of five sessions, giving the work enough room to move from understanding a pattern towards practising a different response.
Alone or together
You can work with Kajal on your own, or the two of you can attend together. One person can make the first call alone even if the difficulty involves both of you. What Kajal cannot do is coach somebody who is not in the room and taking part, so work described as couples work assumes you have both chosen to be there. Come Alone and Couples each set out what that looks like.

Ongoing Relationship Coaching
Send a short message saying roughly when you are usually free. Kajal reads the enquiries herself, replies with times that fit five 60-minute sessions, and the appointment is then arranged directly with you by email.
Payment is required before the appointment is confirmed.
Online scheduling is being connected. Until then a time is agreed by email.
What happens next
- You send a short message saying which block you are considering and roughly when you are free.
- Kajal replies herself, usually with a first session time and a suggested rhythm for the rest.
- Payment is arranged before the sessions are confirmed, and you receive the details by email.
If you have not spoken with Kajal yet, ongoing work is normally arranged after a free Discovery Call or a Relationship Clarity Session, so that you both know it is a reasonable fit before a series begins.
