02 — Relationship Clarity Session
Relationship Clarity Session
A substantial standalone session, for an individual or a couple. This is coaching work rather than a longer first conversation: the time is spent looking beneath the difficulty you arrived with.
What this is, in short
In practice
- Who it is for
- One person, or two people together, who want unhurried time on a specific situation. You do not need to have spoken to Kajal first.
- What it is for
- Beginning to understand what is actually happening: what the difficulty is about, and what may sit underneath it.
- What happens
- Kajal helps you set out the situation, brings the intensity down far enough to think, and separates the immediate difficulty from the pattern beneath it.
- How long
- 90 minutes, online, as a single appointment.
- What it costs
- Individuals £110. Couples £145. Set out in full alongside.
- What happens next
- Nothing is assumed. Some people stop here, some take a second session later, and some move to ongoing coaching.

How this differs from a Discovery Call
A Discovery Call establishes whether working together makes sense. A Clarity Session is the working itself. Ninety minutes is enough to stop describing the argument and start examining what the argument is about — a question of trust, a need that has gone unmet for years, a boundary that keeps being crossed, or pressure arriving from family rather than from each other.
The session follows the early movement of The Untangled Method™ — making sense of the crisis, steadying it, then separating what is visible from what is underneath — without asking you to read anything beforehand.
You do not need to arrive with a decision, or with your account in order. Kajal will not tell you whether to stay or to leave; that is not what coaching does, and a single session is not where such a thing should be settled. What a session can reasonably offer is a clearer view of the pattern you are in and a realistic sense of what could change. Some people find that is enough to see their next step. Others find it opens a longer piece of work. Neither outcome is promised in ninety minutes.
A single focused session for two people who want a calmer place to understand what has happened between them.
Alone or together
You can work with Kajal on your own, or the two of you can attend together. One person can make the first call alone even if the difficulty involves both of you. What Kajal cannot do is coach somebody who is not in the room and taking part, so work described as couples work assumes you have both chosen to be there. Come Alone and Couples each set out what that looks like.
Arranging a session
Arranging it
Relationship Clarity Session
Send a short message saying roughly when you are usually free. Kajal reads the enquiries herself, replies with times that fit 90 minutes, and the appointment is then arranged directly with you by email.
Payment is required before the appointment is confirmed.
Online scheduling is being connected. Until then a time is agreed by email.
What happens next
- You send a short message saying whether you are coming alone or together, and roughly when you are free.
- Kajal replies herself with possible times for a ninety-minute appointment.
- Payment is arranged before the appointment is confirmed, and the joining details follow by email.
If you would prefer to speak to Kajal before committing to a paid appointment, the free Discovery Call is a sensible first step. If you already know you want more room than one session, ongoing relationship coaching is arranged as a block of five 60-minute sessions.
