Book a Free Discovery Call

Twenty minutes, online, free, with nothing expected of you afterwards. You do not need the right words before you come.

The call at a glance

In practice

Who it is for
Anybody considering working with Kajal, whether you are on your own or the two of you come together.
What it is for
Saying what is happening, asking your questions, and deciding whether taking a next step feels right.
What happens
Kajal asks what has brought you here and listens. Towards the end she says honestly which route she would suggest, if any.
How long
20 minutes, online, by video or telephone.
What it costs
Free. No payment is taken at any stage — there is no card and no deposit.
What happens next
Nothing, unless you decide otherwise. If you want to go further, Kajal explains the option she has suggested and you take your time.

What happens next

  1. You send a short message with your name, how to reach you and roughly when you are free.
  2. Kajal replies herself with a couple of possible times.
  3. You confirm one, and she sends the joining details. No payment at any stage.
Online scheduling is being connected. Until then the time is agreed by email, usually within a day or two.

Before you come

Bring what’s real

There is nothing to prepare and no order to explain things in. The relationship you cannot make sense of. The conversation you have been avoiding. The part of your life that looks fine from outside but does not feel fine to live in. Whatever you can say is enough to begin.

People often worry that their situation is not serious enough, or that it is far too tangled to describe in twenty minutes. Neither matters here. Kajal is listening for the shape of what is happening, not for a tidy account of it, and you are free to leave out anything you would rather not say to somebody you have just met.

What the call is

A first conversation. Long enough to understand the shape of a situation and to say which kind of support would suit it. You may come alone, or, if you both want to, together — one person calling on their own is entirely usual.

What the call is not

It is not a coaching session, and it will not resolve anything in twenty minutes. Kajal will not tell you whether to stay or to leave, and she will not press you to book. If what you need sits outside her scope, she will say so plainly.

Arranging the call

Arranging it

Free Discovery Call

Send a short message saying roughly when you are usually free. Kajal reads the enquiries herself, replies with times that fit 20 minutes, and the appointment is then arranged directly with you by email.

No payment is taken for this call at any point, and there is nothing to pay afterwards unless you choose to book something.

Ask Kajal for a time

Online scheduling is being connected. Until then a time is agreed by email.

If you would rather read a little first, The Untangled Method™ explains how the sessions are shaped, and the other ways of working are set out side by side.
