04 — The Untangled Programme™
The Untangled Programme
Twelve sessions over approximately three months. Not a larger package of the same thing, and not the natural next purchase after coaching: it is the version of this work that has enough time in it for the later stages to be more than an intention.
What this is, in short
In practice
- Who it is for
- Individuals and couples in a situation that has been difficult for a long time, where understanding and practical change both need time to hold.
- What it is for
- Carrying the work through the whole of The Untangled Method™ rather than its opening stages, at a pace that allows change to be lived with rather than agreed to.
- What happens
- A sustained series of sessions shaped around your situation, with the later stages — what can be repaired, what needs to change and by whom, what renewal looks like — given proper room.
- How long
- Twelve sessions over three months, approximately three months, online.
- What it costs
- Price on application, after a Discovery Call.
- What happens next
- It is not selected directly. A free Discovery Call comes first, and Kajal explains how it would be structured for you before anything is arranged.
- Individuals and couples — Twelve sessions over three months

The fee is quoted on application, following a Discovery Call, once the shape of the work is clear. Payment is required before the programme is confirmed.
Why somebody might consider it
Some situations do not need this. A single focused session, or a five-session block of ongoing coaching, is the right size for a great deal of what people bring, and choosing one of those is not a smaller version of the same decision. The programme exists for the situations where a pattern has been running for years, where a decision about the relationship is genuinely open, or where both people want to rebuild something rather than only stop the damage.
What the extra time changes is the second half of the work. Understanding a pattern happens relatively quickly. Living differently inside it does not: it takes attempts, failures worth examining, and enough weeks for the change to survive an ordinary bad month. That is the part a longer arrangement protects.
The programme follows The Untangled Method™ flexibly. Nobody moves through seven stages in a neat sequence — people circle back to calm, revisit reflection after a difficult week, and reach repair or release in their own time. The stages describe the movement of the work, not a schedule it is held to.
- CrisisWhat has happened?
- CalmHow can I think clearly?
- ClarityWhat is the real problem?
- ReflectionWhat is my part?
- RepatternWhat can change?
- Repair or ReleaseWhat happens next?
- RenewalHow do I move forward?

Alone or together
You can work with Kajal on your own, or the two of you can attend together. One person can make the first call alone even if the difficulty involves both of you. What Kajal cannot do is coach somebody who is not in the room and taking part, so work described as couples work assumes you have both chosen to be there. Come Alone and Couples each set out what that looks like.
Starting the programme
The first step is a free Discovery Call, for the straightforward reason that a three-month arrangement is only worth beginning once Kajal understands your situation and you have both agreed it is the right depth of work. Nothing is quoted, and nothing is committed, before that conversation.
If it turns out that a Clarity Session or a block of ongoing coaching would serve you better, she will say so.
What happens next
- You book a free Discovery Call and describe the situation.
- If the programme looks appropriate, Kajal explains how it would be structured for you and quotes the fee.
- You take your time. If you go ahead, payment is arranged before the programme is confirmed.
